This might be good news if I trusted any of them. This information, or whatever it started out being, has been under the noses of bureaucrats and black ops before it hit the press. It might have been known for decades and used in crafting the stuff that's ruining our lives, or it might actually be relatively new, but whatever will be said about it will not be based in fact so much as what they want said about it.
It is not possible to gain enough expertise in all the things we need to suss, even if we didn't need to eat and sleep. And guessing isn't smart either. Which would be why we defer to experts. The unreliability of experts is maybe mankind's worst problem. It all keeps flowing in one direction.
We wake up sufficiently to be able to know by ourselves or we are pingpong balls.
