I have been wondering what was up with Russia's diamonds for thirty years. And, don't believe the AP. The Russians were trading diamonds for survival long before. They have been being kept off the market to keep prices up... among other things... since at least WWII. Looks like someone—who could that be?—has had it with the space lizards.
