A big deal is being made of this video. It's supposedly all about mind control. Because of the butterflies and the handlers. If it isn't, it's surely taking advantage of the fascination with symbolism thing.
Still, having studied Zen so long, I can tell you the "mind monarch" has nothing to do with mind control, even if they named a mind control program after it.
There aren't any discernible MONARCH BUTTERFLIES in the video... or none that I caught... and, actually, in the United States, monarch butterflies are sort of run-of-the-mill... almost ho-hum.
What I got from the video was a pretty good shot of the state of consciousness running the world right now. Hypnotized people. Sheeple sucking on whatever leadership gives them, no matter how maniacal the leadership is. The guy driving that car! Perfect representation of the PTB. And his sidekick. Perfect also.
They blow smoke up our asses 24/7 and we are buffeted by it. Yessireebob.
This video is about mind control, but not the way this VIGILANT guy seems to think. It's not incoherent at all. The whole thing is a pretty good job of showing the world to itself.
Breaking mirrors is not, not, not unique to mind control symbolism. It's what every-damn-body does when they are mirrored. Egos revile sight. They want darkness, to be covert, to show false images instead of raw actuality.
We are being controlled. The control mechanisms are ordinary. Maybe there is specificity for individuals taken into some black ops program, maybe, but that is for the rest of us moot. I think it's even counterproductive to view it that way.
