The cooling stopped at the fuel pool because the fuel pool isn't there anymore. It used to be above and to the right of the reactor containment. There was no fuel in the #4 reactor when the tsunami hit. It was all in the fuel pool that isn't there anymore.
Note all the cranes. One atop what's left of the building. The one we saw dismantling it is behind it in this view. You can see the tip of another in front. You can see an awful lot of long skinny things all over the place that must be fuel rods. If you watched the Rense video carefully, you will have noticed a bunch of people running all over the place there too.
For BB2, who can't seem to get the Fukuichi Live Cam to work, HERE is evidence of verdure at the reactor site.
Okay. Maybe there's a shrub that loves ultra-high radiation. Maybe they're daily replacing the cranes they said couldn't stay working in the radiation. Maybe they're shipping in suicidal Indian farmers to do the work. Maybe they've hacked the RADIATION NETWORK site.
Or maybe Fukushima isn't as radioactive as it should be.
