I am a damn wreck. On top of everything else, I broke another tooth tonight. I'm outraged. I'm vexed. I'm dangerous. I have spent most of the evening doing some ultra-intense research and everything but the tooth is in the orbit of hypothyroidism. Pitting peripheral edema and all. Even though we've raised my dose, it has been too conservative... or something is impeding it... something. I am about to come untrained on the world of medical professionals.
