I have thought a lot about it, and I don't think maple syrup with baking soda is going to do the trick. I believe the guy who uses baking soda to cure cancer, and he says no to the sweet stuff too. Anyway, there's lots of stuff to think about here.
Like picture the day you go to restock on Vitamin C and find you can't get any because the only people who can sell it have the millions to pay for the privilege and the only people who can buy it will be the people who have the hundreds of thousands to pay for it.
