They become more addled behind success than any other demographic. You give them any measure of power and they abuse it, EVEN when they became so powerful by vowing NOT to abuse it. They can't just relax into it and do good things. They have to show you who's boss, who's tops, who calls the shots. When people even more powerful start butting into their businesses, this morphs into them settling for the appearance of being powerful. They would much rather never give that up than uphold any standard. There is no limit to the awfulness in which they will engage to keep that feeling of superiority that eluded them throughout their childhood. It's pathetic. It's lethal.
