I dump big blurps of it onto my oats or onto my yogurt. Kefir is delicious and seriously good for you. A woman who consumes this stuff regularly will NEVER get a yeast infection. Many people with chronic sinusitis will notice an immediate major improvement. Many people who are fat are fat because they begin feeling like TOTAL crap unless they eat, eat sweet stuff. It's the bad bugs dying and demanding their fix in order to proliferate. Many people are ALCOHOLICS because of this same mechanism. I know what I'm talking about.

3.5 cups almond flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup yogurt
1/4 tsp. salt
Usual directions — mix together in food processor, bake at 350 F (180 C) for about 45 minutes. youll have to test to see when its done. Let it cool for quite a long time before removing from pan so it doesnt flop.
