And, today, children who follow the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended schedule receive 69 doses of 16 vaccines—46 more doses than they did 30 years ago, and the highest amount given in any country in the world.In one of my recent trips to the pharmacy, I noticed the place was literally papered with bulletins about kids being kicked out of school if they didn't get vaccinated.
I was demoralized. I'd just come from another visit to the torture chamber of The Church Lady Butcher of Leon dentist and trying to get my hands covering all the hurt places on each of the throbbing spots on my head. I was having to take turns as I have only two hands, but my eyes were semi-functional at the time. And my heart was the heavier for having to take this in. I was in too much distress to make a peep about it to the clerk. I just took my prescriptions and cried my way home from town.
