Because modern capitalism is lethal.
No corporations, other than temporary ones for the public good. Separation of investment banks from regular banks. No national banks. No federal reserve. No central bank.
Put each bank in charge of who gets a loan, and they sink or swim on their OWN.
Civic-minded people can make the right stuff happen in their own goddam communities.
That's what made us great to begin with.
